This apartment was spacious and had a historic feeling, with a painted ceiling illustrated with flowers in one of the bedrooms. It also had a nice covered courtyard/patio area at the front for eating and relaxing. WIFI was reliable and the hot water and pressure was good. The host responded quickly when there was a problem and arrived at the property within half an hour of us reporting a power cut.
There was a problem with the electrics where the fuseboard tripped overnight (it was fine when we went to bed), meaning there was no hot water, wifi and food in the fridge had gone bad in the morning. There were also a large number of drain flies in the bathroom and around the apartment more generally.

Very spacious, the place is beautifully decorated and at extremely close proximity to the old picturesque village of Sidi Bou Said.
Two points that I really did not like: - There’s no toiletries to be used - I felt much more like a customer than a guest (I was bothered by WhatsApp in the morning after my first night to send the money although we agreed during a great conversation with the host that I’ll do so whenever I got the time)
