Please download the Sea Colony app on your smartphone. There are some specs that change frequently, such as a waiver of liability you will need to sign (for the entire community) at check-in.

Other things to note: Sea Colony does not allow pets for renters. No exceptions, Sea Colony rule, and there is a Sea Colony fee of $350 for smoking, including balcony or for hanging things over balcony.

Our Sea Colony Unit is on the second floor. Look out your window, and it seems you are right on the ocean. If you don't want to take the elevator downstairs, it is one flight to the pool deck with the ocean right in front.

This is a rare "point unit." There are very few in Sea Colony East. It has an unobstructed view of the ocean without pools in front. Come see why Sea Colony and it resort-style amenities are the best in the Delmarva Beaches.

FRIDAY to Friday rentals or MID-WEEK, we may be flexible with dates based upon availability. Just write to ask about shorter stays (3 night minimum) or about weeks that do not run the standard Fri - Fri or Sat - Sat. If we can make it work, we will.

Many upgrades have been done over the past few years, including Pergo flooring, a tiled kitchen, new appliances, a new washer and dryer, new HVAC, window treatments, painting throughout, and upgraded decor.

You will need to bring or rent your own linens, or per above we can arrange.

Please inquire with the property manager to reserve and have delivered to the condo in advance, or you can bring your own from home. There are already pillows, mattress covers, and thin comforters for each room, which you can use (if you like) as blankets as well.

4 flat-screen televisions. Some are smart TVs with apps for Netflix, etc. Xfinity cable in all rooms.

Sea Colony has 12 swimming pools, an indoor and outdoor tennis center with pickleball, the new Freeman Fitness Center, and ongoing activities for adults and children (subject to availability), as well as a new children's water play "splash pad" area (see Sea Colony app).We have a property manager who will be handling all of your needs as we get closer to the summer.

There is also a free shuttle bus that will take you over to the West Side. While not directly on the beach as we are, there are many pickleball courts at the tennis center. Again, the app or the web site will give you lots of information, maps, classes, etc. We are on the East Side, where the high rises are directly on the ocean and next to many pools.
