About this house rental
This 100 m² house can accommodate 6 people. It includes 1 living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (160 x 200 beds), 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets. The construction was completed in 2020 on a private peninsula of 3.5 hectares.
A large pergola houses the 57 m² terrace, offering a real extra room in direct communion with nature.
The view is beautiful over the bay of Klima, and 50 meters in front of the house, a gentle slope leads to the private beach.
Peace, wild nature, private beach, thousand-year-old olive grove, and a high level of service and service.
A couple of caretakers are in charge of maintaining the property. They will greet you at the airport or port and will be at your disposal during your stay.
Sailing, diving, snorkeling, trekking, visiting historical sites, etc., and even climbing are possible on the island.

Our stay at Mirtziki was fabulous, it exceeded any expectations. The property, landscape, location were superb, the landscaping and architectural details are all thought out with care and great esthetic sense. The place is quiet, secluded, private and offers the opportunity to enjoy nature, sea in a beautiful setting. What makes the property and the experience so unique and special is its location. The property is secluded and reaching it by car is a bit challenging because the road in most of the last stretch is unpaved. It is a small price to pay to have such a unique experience. Daniel and his wife Francoise are the housekeepers and they were very helpful, welcoming and kind. They are discreet and at the same time always available and knowledgeable of the area. Pierre was very responsive to all my inquiries. We highly recommend Mirtziki as a very unique and pleasant experience.
