Athina heeft ons geweldig hartelijk ontvangen. Wat een lieve gastvrouw , was altijd bereikbaar en vond het belangrijk dat wij ons thuis voelden. Meerdere keren bracht ze ons typische griekse lekkernijtjes.

Het was bekend dat het appartement op een heuvel lag , met de auto goed te doen , maar te voet een uitdaging.

After two earlier holidays in Kokkari Athina's apartment was by far the best location. The place was comfortable with a great view over Kokkari and the Aegean Sea. We were a little worried in advance that because of the hill side location it would be too long of a walk to the village but it is certainly not if you don't mind a modest climb. Moreover the hill side setting makes for a unique tranquil atmosphere which makes it possible to hear the jackals, that roam the nearby forest, howl every night half past 7 sharp. Athina is a great host who made us feel at home straight away.
