Inside the house, you will find a large open-plan living room with a comfortable sofa and an HD TV, as well as a mosquito net on the connecting window, ideal for intimate evenings. The adjoining kitchenette is equipped with a fridge with freezer, hob, two-bowl sink and worktop: all the necessary kitchen utensils are included in the basic price. Two bedrooms with mosquito nets on the windows and French doors, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, offer ample privacy and comfort. The bathroom with shower/tub completes the harmonious interior design.
The outdoor area of the house boasts a large covered veranda for outdoor dining, a private garden consisting of a larger garden in front of the veranda and a smaller one behind the house, and an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach. A barbecue, a washing machine with sink and a large courtyard offer additional comfort. For your car there is a private parking space and a large water reserve with a 6,000-litre tank.
Only 5 minutes away, the most beautiful beaches of San Teodoro await you, including La Cinta, Cala Brandinchi and many others. Explore the crystal clear waters, white sandy beaches or snorkel the rocky shores.
