Vacation apartment in Imperia Oneglia - Flowers Riviera, Liguria.
Large apartment for 4 people, in a quiet and panoramic area.
2 km from the equipped beaches (Sogni d'Estate, Koko Beach).
2,5/3 km from the free beaches (Pennello, Rabina, Galeazza)
"Villa alle Cascine” is located in one of the most panoramic places in Imperia: “Le Cascine”, from which it takes its name. Just above the famous "Villa Grock", a beautiful villa from the early twentieth century, in Art Nouveau style, which is now the "Grock Clown Museum" (we recommend a visit!)
One double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed).
Wonderful terrace with table and chairs, with panoramic sea-view over Oneglia.
Well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine.
Television with satellite channels, Wi-Fi.

There is not a private parking place at this property.
Parking is possible along the street, just a couple meters from the house. However, in this case, the road may get narrower (but it's not a heavily traffic street)
Alternatively, 200 meters from the house, by a small church, there is a small parking area.
Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.

Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön am Hang. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat uns nett empfangen. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Lediglich das Sofa ist etwas abgenutzt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

eine wirklich schöner, großer balkon mit einem wundervollen blick auf imperia, das meer und die umgebende landschaft. es war eine wundervolle woche mit herrlichen abenden auf dem balkon oder in der wohnung. jedoch, es gibt auch ein paar "aber" ---
- es gibt auch 2 liegen dort, - seltsamer weise sind sie jedoch nicht angegeben.
- die balkonstühle auf dem aufmacher-foto gibt es nicht mehr. es sind nun 4 andere da. aus kunststoff und ohne polster:-( wenn sie sich also einen entspannten, bequemen abend auf dem balkon machen wollen, sollten sie sich ihre eigenen klappstühle mitnehmen. (hatten wir gott-sei-dank dabei, da wir davon ausgingen, es sind keine liegen vorhanden)
- auch hier, - nur weingläser und kleine wasser/saft-gläser. wenn sie also mal a gscheids weizen/pils/bier genießen möchten, sollten sie ihre eigenen gläser mitbringen (hatten wir auch:-)
- es gibt 3, in worten: drei, salat/nudel siebe :-) aber keinen einzigen salat/dessert/kuchen-teller:-(
- die 2 schneidbretter haben miniatur-format. wenn sie tomaten, zwiebeln oder was auch immer schneiden möchten, kullert/fällt ihnen (fast) alles auf den tisch.
- ein tablett wäre nicht schlecht.
- es gibt keine musikanlage, - aber das steht ja auch nicht drin.
- der tv hat immer mal wieder - "nessun signale "- (kein signal)
- es ist kein eigener parkplatz vorhanden, - jedoch auf der engen straße draußen geht´s ganz gut.
- auch hier: kein nudelholz. komisch, - sie sind in bella italia und können keinen nudel- teig ausrollen. eine flasche tuts natürlich auch`.
- ist für 6 personen angegeben, - aber wie soll das gehn? es sind nur immer vier stühle vorhanden, drinnen oder draussen. es ist wohl wie mit autos. da können auch oft 6 personen mitfahren, - aber spaß macht das nicht.
okay, - dies alles sind kleinigkeiten, aber wenn man sie kennt, kann man sich auf sie einstellen und sie entsprechend nachbessern, - selbst, oder vielleicht sogar mal der vermieter.
der contakt zu herrn bricca übrigens war sehr sympathisch.
allles -in - allem eine aussichtsreiche, entspannte woche und wir würden auf jeden fall wieder dort urlauben.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Imperia. Die Wohnung hatte einen traumhaften Ausblick und war sauber. Sehr groß und geräumig, sodass wir zu 3. sehr gut Platz hatten. Auch mit der Absprache hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Nur zu empfehlen.
