This fabulous "Beach Bungalow" is waiting for you! Tucked away on the marshlands overlooking Oyster Bay and the East Side of the island is where you'll find this 3 bedroom cute-as-a-button cottage. There are fresh new upgrades, including a bathroom, a new laundry closet, and a new deck. The bright, natural sunlight streams into the rooms via skylights and the floor plan is open and inviting. The living room extends to the dining area, which is completely open to the kitchen. Off of the kitchen, you step down into a family room/bedroom with a full bathroom, futon fold-out bed, and a Twin pull-out sleeper chair. From the hallway off of the dining area, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a new ensuite bathroom. There is a new washer/dryer closet and a full bathroom accessed in the hallway. The master bedroom will be your favorite spot in the house with large sliding doors on 3 sides and a fabulous, cozy sitting area overlooking the marshes and bay, it's perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, or quietly starting your day. Conveniently located to Maddox Boulevard (Beach Road) and downtown Chincoteague Island you're only a few minutes from restaurants, shopping, movies, the beach, and more! The fabulous new deck will be another spot you will love to enjoy the beautiful views all day and night! There's room for everyone, even your pet(s)! Not to mention the fenced-in yard for your furry family member!

The TV is Apple TV, if you don't have an account you can't watch it. We left it cleaner than when we got there, finding someone's leftover bathing suit and a sock behind the chair
in the futon room.

The Beach Bungalow was the most perfect house for my little family vacation. I didn’t wanna leave, it made it feel so homey . Will definitely be coming back again next year ! 😊

The property is very nice. It is extremely clean and comfortable, including the dog enclosure. The rooms were much bigger than we expected, the kitchen was fully stocked. The view from the master bedroom is extraordinary. It is very close to everything. We rode our bikes much of the time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Photos showed three different bedroom setups which made it seem like there were three traditional bedrooms in addition to the step down den with the futon, so it was a little disappointing to find that it wasn't the case. I made the mistake of thinking the pier in the photo and the description of pier fishing in the amenities meant we would have access to that pier which wasn't accurate. We brought kayaks, so I would rather have chosen a rental that actually gave us access.We brought our two short-haired mini dachshunds and were excited about the fenced in yard. However, we found excrement from a previous pet that hadn't been removed. We also found a fair amount of long pet hair when we swept the house the first day. This made it seem like the house hadn't been closely inspected when it was cleaned prior to our arrival.We also had a problem with the shower in the third "bedroom" on the first day. I notified the office and was told someone would come out to deal with it, but we would be notified in advance. Plumbers randomly stopped by without warning on two separate days and made statements like "If we can't fix this, they'll have to find you another place." Well, the issue was never fixed and we had to have 6 adults sharing the only other shower that exists in the house for the remainder of the week. That's just not what one would expect when paying that much for a rental. Apologies are nice but a solution or refund/credit would have been appreciated.
