Hot Springs Marina located 1 mile from the house with boat launch and boat rental. Area attractions are Magic Springs, Garvin Woodland Gardens and Historic Bathhouse Row.

The property was wonderful. The host had some tasty home-baked treats waiting for us upon arrival. The view is amazing, especially from a morning kayak trip toward the lake. The location is great; it is not far from anywhere you would like to go. The neighbors were friendly. Just loved our trip and stay at this property.

The owner provided any amenity that you could think of! The lake house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. This was a 5 star vacation and I recommend 100%.

From the time we walked in the door, we knew we had found the perfect getaway, for our recent college graduate daughter, and her two friends from elementary school, to have a reunion. Liz and Susan were so easy going, and went above our expectations as hosts. To the carrot cake, fresh fruit, and flowers for the graduates, to having so many extra niceties. This was one of the cleanest rentals we had ever stayed in. Our little dog loved his treats upon arrival as well. Winston loved seeing Parker and Wilson, the owners dogs next door through the fence. My only suggestion would be to push the sectional back towards the breakfast bar about 3 feet, and allow for a small chair or recliner in the corner. It got a little rough on the neck if you sat on the far end and tried to watch the TV. Other than that, I give this rental a 10/10 stars!
