The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

The balcony was amazing! We spent a lot of time out there. The room itself was great. Very spacious, decorated nicely. The master bath could be updated. Adding more mirrors would be nice to get ready in the natural light as supposed to the dark bathroom. It was clean. The place itself, Phoenix VII was struggling during our stay. The parking lot was caved in and they were doing construction on that. It was a small parking lot and it was hard to find a spot that our truck could fit into. We lost power for an hour one day, and then they shut our water off for an entire day! All in the same week. Not our renters fault but they did absolutely nothing for us but say, sorry. Overall is was a good experience.

Fantastic condo to stay at! We have stayed at many different condos at Orange Beach and this one is our favorite! It was clean, stocked well, and beautifully decorated. The balcony furniture was amazing! The check in and check out was very easy. We will definitely be booking again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Only negative was that the dishwasher didn’t work upon arrival and the hosts weren’t in a hurry to fix it. We never received an ETA on when it would be fixed, so we had to wash dishes all week. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
