CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

We booked this for our family vacation and we were really pleased. Beautiful beach view from the balcony, kitchen had everything we needed, the rooms were nice and clean, indoor spa and pool which was very nice since it rained every day we were there, sauna, workout room, location was close to everything and the check in was super easy. I would stay here again.

Our room was great. Very clean and a great view. My only negative issue was the parking lot being demolished. Wish we would have been told ahead of time. Also internet was not reliable.

Loved the layout of the condo. However the bathrooms, toilets are as small as you can get which would keep me from renting this property again. Was told all bathrooms in Phoenix VI and VII are the same.
