About this house rental
Our spacious home sleeps up to 24 with 16 beds (3 king/5 queen/8 twin bunks), an indoor heated pool & spa, Lake Michigan beach access, is 20 minutes N of Grand Haven & just S of Muskegon! Enjoy the many close parks, beaches, golf courses, restaurants & more or make it a true staycation & spend quality time splashing in the pool or lake, relaxing on the beach or in the spa, playing billiards/ping pong/foosball & enjoying the spectacular views of Lake Michigan. A perfect multi-family home!
We know you`ll love this home as much as our family does! Enjoy playing on the small beach, splashing in the lake, taking in the breathtaking views of Lake Michigan (visible as far as the eye can see from the shared deck, which is approx. 200 ft. from front door, and distantly visible from several rooms in the house) and creating lifelong memories in the beautiful heated salt water pool and spa room! Our home has something to offer everyone, all-year round. If you decide to venture out, there is much to do. This is truly an all-season home ready to accommodate the golfers, skiers, swimmers, shoppers, readers, billiards/ping-pong/poker sharks, beach-goers, restaurant-goers, board gamers and everyone else in the family! Please note, the beach is accessed via steps, the beach is small and the water level varies (see pictures).
Guests will be able to access the entire home, with the exception of a few storage closets.

If you`ve never taken I-96 W until it ends, then you`ve probably never been to Norton Shores! Let our home be the first to welcome you to this growing city on the shores of Lake Michigan. Nestled between Grand Haven and Muskegon, Norton Shores is within an hour`s drive of Holland, Pentwater, and Grand Rapids.
* A list of all guests by name and age will be required prior to check-in.
* Please let us know if a guest in your group will need to use the stair lift.
* Lake Michigan beach levels fluctuate continuously so the amount of sand on the beach can vary from a very small amount to a decent amount. Beach photos are labeled with the date they were taken.
*There are about 80 steps to the beach, with landing/platforms along the way.

Guests must follow all Pool and Spa Safety Instructions.
A list of all guests staying at our home, including their full name and age, is required prior to receiving check-in information.
Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am. Guests must adhere to quiet hours.

Beautiful large property. Loved having an indoor pool and hot tub. The owners were helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 18, consisting of three generations, ages 5 to 70, stayed at this beautiful house for a long weekend. The house was amazing - plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, activities and games for all of us. We practically spent every waking hour in the pool - and hot tub. We had a blast! We cooked and ate every meal in the gorgeous kitchen. It had more than enough supplies - plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots, pans, cooking ware, blender, toaster, coffee machine, and more. The beds were comfortable and the blankets were cozy and warm. Lots of beach towels. We went through them daily with our large family, so we also put the washer and dryer to good use. The lookout over the beach was breathtaking and we went for daily walks along the beach. It was something we all looked forward to. Tara, the property owner, was quick to reply to my questions, and I know all of us were surprised with how much care and thoughtfulness went in to the baskets of goods and goodies that were left for us. It was a nice touch that made us feel very welcomed. We also were impressed with Eric, one of the property maintenance staff, who arrived quickly to service the pool. He was knowledgeable and helpful. We had a wonderful stay - created more precious memories - and hope to be back again.

Our extended family gathered at this wonderful property - it was the perfect place to relax for all ages. The indoor pool and beach were amazing. The house had a great floor plan for a large group - it made it easy for us to enjoy our week together.
