About this cabin rental
Swiss Village is located in the San Juan River Village area about 5 minutes to downtown Pagosa Springs, just 15 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski area, with very quick and easy access to HWY 160.
This cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You enter the cabin through a mud room / laundry room. Down a short hall is the main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a new smart TV, internet only, cozy couches and chairs, with wonderful views of the mountains and forest. The dining room is large enough for the gang to play games and enjoy meals. There is a gas fireplace in the dining area, as well as, access to the deck where you can enjoy the peace and quiet, a glass of wine or your morning coffee. The kitchen is well stocked and ready for you to feed the gang.
Down the hall is a king bedroom with new smart TV, a large bathroom with a tub and shower. Also, it has a nice sauna to relax after a full day.
Up the stairs are 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom. One room has a king bed and a new smart TV. The other bedroom has two full size beds, a TV with DVD and VHS player.
This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.
This home does not have AC.
All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.
Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.
This home is a beautiful cabin nestled in the woods. There is plenty of wildlife to enjoy and you will be enjoying the true Colorado mountain experience.

Great cabin and in the perfect location. Just outside of Pagosa Springs which is nice and quiet. On the closer side toward Wolf Creek. Lovely place!

We had a great time and the cabin had everything we needed for our trip. The communication with them was really good. They responded quickly to fix a little problem we had. I definitely will look forward on being hosted by them again.

Everything was easy and house was great. Easy access to ski area. The items in the cupboards was a nice bonus.

VIP was very professional and prompt with communications. The home itself was clean, but overall dated and well used on the inside. The whole house is carpet and there is no air conditioning, so it was very warm at night. The home is right off the hwy, so you can hear traffic all day. There was a $1000 pet deposit, for 2 dogs, for 2 nights, which was fully charged on our credit card and will be refunded in 7-10 days post processing. This is a huge deposit that we've never experienced in any other rental or hotel before in 20 years of traveling everywhere. Some places just put it as a hold, but a full charge is excessive. Overall, the company was good to work with, but the price and extra charges were excessive for the home.
