Our Terrace Lodge invites you to enjoy relaxing days in Zell am See. The best part: a quiet location right on the lake, as well as a spacious living room with views of the surrounding mountains. You’re just a step away from your private terrace. The City Express gondola is only a few minutes away by bus, which stops right in front of the house. Lake View on Top!
With three bedrooms and an additional living room, the 95 m² space can accommodate up to 11 people. There are also two separate bathrooms, each with a shower. Of course, our guests enjoy free Wi-Fi as well as private parking spaces in front of the house. In the garden, we’ve also set up a cozy seating area and a barbecue area.
The open kitchen is also fully equipped: a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, as well as dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils, including a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The accommodation also features a washing machine and an iron and ironing board.
The surroundings: The romantic historic center of Zell am See offers a variety of restaurants—ranging from traditional Austrian dishes to international cuisine. There are also numerous shopping options just about 1 km away. For golfers, the Zell am See Golf Club offers a 36-hole course. (2 km) Guests arriving without a car can reach the train station in just one bus stop. The nearest airport is Salzburg Airport (80 km).
The Lake View Lodges by we rent live up to their name: idyllically situated on Lake Zell, they offer stunning views and tranquility, yet the town center and the entrance to the Schmittenhöhe ski and hiking area are just a few minutes away. This property features a total of two spacious, modern apartments that can accommodate up to 11 people.

On-site costs: The host will send a secure payment link within a few minutes of booking. A deposit of 10% of the accommodation price is required to guarantee the booking. The remaining balance will be charged upon expiration of the free cancellation period, 14 days before arrival. An amount of €400 will be pre-authorized on the provided credit card upon arrival. This amount serves as a security deposit and will be released 48 hours after departure.
