這次來花蓮住艾莉小屋真的很滿意！房間乾淨舒適，床很好睡，環境安靜，住起來很放鬆。離花蓮車站很近，交通方便，附近也有很多美食。管家回覆Line訊息很快，有問必答，入住流程簡單，下次來花蓮一定會再入住！！

Very good location close to the train station. The bed is very comfortable. Sheets are clean and there are fresh towels. Windows with sun, and the AC was already switched on when we arrived. The room has a homely feel.
AC didn't seem particularly strong and so woke up sometimes due to the room getting too warm. It was also dripping water at one point. Sometimes important information wasn't given upfront, e.g. we didn't know not to lock the door for cleaning and this wasn't mentioned the day before when we'd also requested some cleaning, in the end, our room was not cleaned due to delayed responses twice.
Also, the drinking water either warm or boiling hot.
