Koppány Pines - Hungarian Village Vendeghaz

This place is a really nice and easygoing place to hang out for a few days and chill. The hosts Mark and Debbie really take care of you and give you a high quality time to enjoy the stay. The breakfast is very good and you can choose from of items. The rooms and other facilities are very clean and also give a nice easygoing feeling as well. There is a possibility to dine at the terrace and drink something at the bar as well.

This is a bit of nitpicking and it is more a thing of principle. We ordered a freshly baked roll for the breakfast in the morning, just like we ordered a juice for instance. We only got one roll (whilst we where with 2 people). Kind of the same as then getting only one juice if you ask me. But this is no showstopper.

A lovely campsite with two available guestrooms at the end of a small village, Koppányszántó. It's a lovely area, in the mornings you can see the deers having breakfast only 200 m from Koppány Pines. Room was big enough, beautiful country-style furniture and fabrics. We could bring our poodle as well, which I really appreciate. The hosts are very kind and helpful, they tried their best for the guests! They even bought gluten-free sausauges for me (I don't eat gluten) :) I loved the evening ambient fairy lights in the garden! Wi-Fi was outstanding as well. Magyar vendégek részére: a házigazdák keveset tudnak magyarul, angol volt a fő kommunikációs nyelv; a többi vendég is mind külföldi volt.

For us it was not a problem but the room does not have a direct access to the bathroom, one has to enter in the kitchen first, but, again, for us it did not mean any difficulties.

Staff is really kind and polite! Nature is beautifull! Camp location is amazing! Clean and comfortable!

Great accommodation - everything was as advertised. The room/flat spacious enough with solid equipment. The camp is charming and the pool with clear water is a bonus. Hosting couple was very supportive and friendly, they put an effort to make our holidays super convenient. The place is very quiet and the strolls in the surrounding relaxing. The breakfasts were not very rich, but fair enough to feed us ane every day was something new on the table.

You need a car to enjoy the (active) holidays there. The nearest spa or local town approx. 20 minutes by car, Balaton approx. one hour.
