The guests are very helpful and kind people, the property is not located very close, but not too far from the beach (10 min by foot), the apartment is clean, has air conditioning, beds are comfortable, with kitchen facilities (fridge, micro, coffee, tee-machine) are sufficient for having breakfast and dinner outside on the terasse. The garden well-maintained and clean, somewhat smaller that appears on older pictures on the site.

The host Zoltan was great and helpful and spoke English very well. Location was not far from the beach on a bike or by car. Too far on foot. The apartment was clean and large enough for a family of 5. The equipment was rather basic but ok.
We were rather disappointed with this apartment. To reach it, you have to walk through the owner’s flat, passing a corridor with only hanging sheets separating their living space. The smell—stale and food-related—was quite unpleasant. For €192 per night, I expected much more. To compare, you can easily find a more modern and private apartment in much more expensive Austria for the same price for example. If it were half the cost, it would have been acceptable. I would not stay here again for this reason, it’s a rip off.
