The apartment was very clean. Everyone at the resort was super friendly. The process was super easy with Penny from agency that was very helpful and friendly

The place was super. It was such a wonderful place to be with my family i will definitely go back.i like the view and the pool braai are.
My fridge was leaking and some few things in the room were not in a good condition. I did report and was promise to be given a call no one got back to me.

We had a good holiday, the facilities outside for kids were very nice.
The lounge area was absolutely uncomfortable. We could not sit on the couches as the cushions constantly fell off. Our kids were very disappointed as they could not enjoy watching television especially since it was cold and raining and we had to stay inside mostly.

It is a beautiful apartment. And staff is friendly
My husband got stuck in elevator for over 3 hours. And the sunday our flat flooded. Everything was wet. Curtains,beds and furniture.
