Awake each morning to stunning views of Santa Barbara and the mountains beyond from this hilltop setting. Located in one of Santa Barbara’s most desirable neighborhoods, this condo is situated in a quiet area but has quick access to beaches, parks and shopping in the Mesa area.
This condo was completely remodeled in 2018 and has all new appliances. In 2021, the owners redecorated the unit with modern Scandinavian furniture and artwork that complements the Santa Barbara setting. The comfortable living room looks out to the garden and patio which is excellent for entertainment with wonderful views. The patio has a dining table and new Weber grill.
The kitchen has everything for any cooking and baking you might want to do. The downstairs has a half-bath while the upstairs has a split bathroom (shower and toilet in one room, and wash area in another) located between the two bedrooms. The second bedroom has a full-size desk and its window overlooks the quiet courtyard.

This place was absolutely fantastic; an easy 5 stars. It was very clean with brand new appliances and mostly great furniture. The beds were both comfortable. It is clear that everything about the place is high quality.
The pictures don't due the back patio justice. It is a lovely space with a stunning view of the city below.
Management was quick to respond to any questions and overall very helpful.
I would not hesitate in the slightest to rent this place again if I ever had need to come back to the city and it was available.
