    I have discivered Grand hotel on ***.Was absolutely smashed when i went in.Staff are very attentive, knowledgeable and most importantly smiley and friendly.You could feel the professionalism from everyone even the bell boy, who assisted us with our bags .Would definitely come back again and this will be my only place to stay in Gyumri.Reccomed the hotel to anyone who is looking for place with the best location, nice vibes and friendly service.Girls at the reception make huge difference with their positive and welcoming attitutde.Only recomendation is to have complimentary coffee and tea in the room.
