With 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room from which you can access the porch and the large terrace that borders the entire house, where you can enjoy a lunch or watch the children play. In short, with a multitude of corners where you can disconnect and enjoy the atmosphere of the place. In addition to being provided with a powerful Internet Wifi of 600 Mbps fibre.

Das Haus ist toll und ruhig gelegen, man erreicht nahezu alle schönen Orte der Insel gut von dort aus. Die Autobahn ist sehr nahe, aber weit genug weg, dass man sie nicht sieht oder hört. Der Blick auf den Teide ist genial, ebenso wie der Garten, der mit tollen Pflanzen ausgestattet ist. Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück sind genug für zwei Autos. Es gibt im Haus viel Platz zum Schlafen und Aufenthalt. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem, die Einzelbetten okay. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Lediglich die Schlösser an den Schiebefenstenstern und Schiebetüren zum Wohnzimmer müssten dringend erneuert werden, da sich einige nicht richtig öffnen/schließen lassen. Auch funktioniert für das Hoftor nur eines der beiden Schlüsselpaare.
Alles in allem haben wir uns jedoch sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem Morgens und Abends war die Terasse und der Balkon perfekt für Frühstück und Abendessen!

La casa es amplia y cómoda. El porche es sensacional para pasar ratos en el exterior. Jardín grande.
Necesita algo de mantenimiento. Los desagües del lavabo y ducha del baño principal están un poco esbozados.
El agua caliente tarda siglos en salir, con el consiguiente derroche de agua.
El jardín se ve descuidado ya que tiene muchos árboles y plantas muertas. Además, al final del jardín hay una zona llena de residuos del jardín que produce sensación de dejadez.
