About this villa rental
Luxury Villa Puerto de la Cruz is in an exclusive residential area very quiet and cozy, ideal for guests wishing to come accompanied by their family. The villa is very bright and modern, distributing the 180m2 on three floors.
On the first floor, we can find the kitchen, the dining room, the living room and a toilet. On the second floor, we find the master suite with a double bed and a wide bathroom included in it. In addition, there are two more rooms, both with two single beds in each one, and a bathroom with full external service to the rooms. On the third floor, we find another matrimonial suite with integrated shower and toilet space and a totally private terrace. Also, the Villa has four terraces, one being on the first floor, where there is a private pool for guests, two more on the second floor and another in the last.
In relation to the services offered by the Villa, there is a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and, with all the basic accessories for it. Also, it has a Wi - Fi connection and a large 60 SMART TV with international channels, NEXTFLIX and Internet.
The house has an ideal geographical location to see the most important areas of the island such as El Teide, the Orotava Valley or the coast, complemented by the Puerto de la Cruz and the wonderful sunsets that can be seen from any space of the Villa. It should be noted that from different points of the house you can enjoy them, due to the large windows that you have.
There is a play area for children with different toys and books for them.
There is a barbecue and outdoor dining area, facing the pool area and sun loungers, where you can enjoy the wonderful views, while sharing an exquisite evening.
There is a private garage inside the house, with a total of three seats.
Luxury Villa Puerto de la Cruz is located in Santa Úrsula, a municipality 5 minutes from Puerto de la Cruz. A few meters from the Villa, we can find different well-known restaurants ("El Calderito de la Abuela" and "La Bodeguita de frente") that have typical food of the island, small supermarkets and, a kilometer away, different shops ( large supermarkets [LIDL, Mercadona ...], pharmacy, coffee shops, etc.).
The island is an ideal place to practice water sports, kite surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, stand up paddle surfing, diving, or simply, enjoy the wonderful beaches. You can also do boat trips, where you can see whales and dolphins. Enjoy a wonderful landscape with routes by car and hiking on foot, taking advantage of the perfect climate that the island has.
Tenerife North Airport is only 20 minutes away by car and the capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, is 35 minutes away.
In Puerto de la Cruz you can spend a great day visiting the Loro Parque, the Botanical Garden, the Martiánez lakes or Playa Jardín, among many other activities.

Overall excellent experience.
Check in had some hick ups because access was sent online after we left home and we had trouble with our internet connection and the given phone number was not correct. Was solved though after finding a restaurant with WIFI (so if you book make sure you do have mobile roaming). There was a big construction happening right above the villa-not the owner's fault but it affected us with lack of parking and smell and noise. The villa itself is gorgeous, well maintained and has every household item you could wish for. Thanks for a great vacation!
