Located in the heart of the historical centre of the medieval city of Uzès, a few steps away from the famous Place aux Herbes and its renowned provençal market, this accommodation "Ucetia" in the Maison de Roche with a modern kitchen was recently renovated in 2020 and includes a 42m2 flat, comprising a spacious double bedroom with sofa and flat screen smart TV, a dressing room, a large shower room with walk-in shower & twin stone vanity sinks and a separate WC. For your convenience we provide a courtesy tray with Nespresso coffee machine & a free WIFI access. The modern and functional kitchen includes an oven, a micro wave oven, a dishwashing machine. In addition, you can enjoy our small stone walled teak wood terrace located in a light shaft and equipped with garden armchairs & low table - perfect for your morning coffee or evening apéritif ! Numerous nearby tourist attractions (Gardon nature reserve & gorges, Duchy of Uzès, Pont du Gard, Vallée de l'Eure park ....) will keep you busy during your stay in this historical area. During the Covid 19 pandemic, a strict cleaning & disinfection protocol is carried out between each rental. Located on the first floor of an ancestral stone town house in the historical centre of Uzès. The accommodation is located on the first floor and is accessed from the ground floor via a staircase. The entire 1st floor is reserved for you with in addition access to a small teak wood terrace located in a light shaft with stone walls & equipped with garden armchairs & low table. Free car parking is available close by.
