Elbstrom House, Apartment 26, 330 m from the beach This beachfront 3-room maisonette vacation apartment with a view of the spa park is located on the 2nd floor.

The spacious maisonette apartment spans two floors and consists of a living room with a dining area and a kitchenette featuring a 4-zone ceramic cooktop
and an exhaust hood, two bedrooms, and a shower/toilet. The two bedrooms (one double bedroom and one twin bedroom) are located in the attic, which is carpeted, and can be reached via a staircase in the living room. The twin room is particularly suitable for children (up to and including age 15), who are sure to feel right at home there, as well as teenagers and young adults. A lockable basement storage room is available for your bicycles, handcarts, etc.

The apartment is fully tiled on the 2nd floor and carpeted in the attic (bedroom).
You can park your car in an underground parking space reserved for the apartment. Unfortunately, the underground garage is not accessible to larger cars, SUVs, or similar vehicles. Public parking spaces are available near the Elbstrom building.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee. Trips by mudflat cart to the island of Neuwerk are among the most popular vacation activities. Boat trips to Heligoland by catamaran or ferry (with a transfer to a smaller boat) are a special experience, as are sightseeing cruises to the seal colonies, to Neuwerk, along the Kiel Canal, or harbor tours. Haus Elbstrom is located on a quiet cul-de-sac directly across from the beautifully landscaped and well-maintained spa park, which features a small animal zoo and a large adventure playground.
The sandy beach, the Kugelbake—where the “dream ships” and large “boats” pass by close enough to touch—and the “Spielkiste” are all about a 2-minute walk away. The Grünstrand, the Döse beach house, the pirate ship, Fort Kugelbake, spa facilities, a spa doctor, a dialysis center, a mini-golf course, and various shopping options and restaurants are also nearby.
At low tide, you can walk for hours in the mudflats—perhaps even as far as the shipping channel—or explore the area. A highlight for shell collectors of all ages!

Visitor’s tax
As a rental property owner or agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the room rate to cover administrative costs.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive stress-free with light luggage.
