Located directly across from the Kurpark in Döse, Haus Elbstrom is situated on a dead-end street, promising pleasant tranquility. The sandy beach is only about 150 m away and can be reached quickly on foot.

Each apartment at Haus Elbstrom comes with an underground parking space. The clearance height is 1.90 m, and the parking spaces meet the minimum legal requirements. Larger vehicles will have difficulty maneuvering here—unfortunately, we cannot offer an alternative parking space. Bicycles may be parked next to the parking space, provided there is sufficient room (hanging them up is also possible). However, there is room for a maximum of two bicycles. A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available in the basement.
