unfortunately, the hotel charged me extra money more than the price I have booked with you, I have no choice except to pay the extra charge as I was driving a long way to reach Jakarta. can you please advise if I Can get the extra charge I have paid? thank you
It would be better if you stop the hotel from taking extra charge from the guest at the arrival according to the room rate, as I have no choice, as they ask me to pay or I go to find another hotel, without giving me a refund
