OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The private backyard is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, with a heated saltwater pool featuring a tanning deck and integrated spa surrounded by chaise lounges. A built-in barbecue station with bar seating invites poolside meals, while the fire pit lounge sets the stage for sunset cocktails and starlit evenings. Guests can play a game of cornhole, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or relax on the front patio with sweeping views of the San Jacinto Mountains. Towering palm trees complete the quintessential Palm Springs setting.

We had three couples so the three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms was perfect. We loved the pool and hot tub. We loved the sliding glass walls that let us open the whole house and enjoy the breeze.

Stayed at this house with our two kids for spring break, from the outside the house looks small but then you walk in and it’s huge, the bedrooms are good sizes, kitchen had everything we needed, we paid for the heated pool and the property manager had the pool ready to go when we got there. The house is very modern, one of our favorite properties will definitely return.

Firstly, this is a really spectacular house, there were several problems however.
One, couldn’t get into the house upon arrival (made no mention that you had to go through the garage to get inside). Had to call the property manager to get in (it’s outsourced to a call center after hours).
Next, took a look at the house, it’s super nice and has all the amenities promised. Negatives were the walls are pretty banged up, one of the toilets would come on and off all night, and one of the guest beds had a “slant” to it so you had to sleep on one side. None of these issues were that big of a deal.
The much larger issues were the fact that upon our arrival there was an IPAD that had a password to control the pool, spa and pretty much all the backyard features. There was NO password for said Ipad. Once again, had to call the call center whereby they couldn’t figure it out either and after entering the wrong password 10 times the Ipad locked permanently! Couldn’t use the pool or spa the whole first day/night.
Day 2 they sent someone out to figure things out, they couldn’t so they showed me how to manually turn things on from the “pump room” area, it was a bit of a pain but whatever. Then the gardeners showed up! After some back and fourth they decided to not do the landscape because they said it would wreck the pool?! Okay, makes sense I guess, then I get a call for MGMT that suitcases are getting delivered and asked if I would put in one of the guest rooms?! ..I thought I was on vacation, why am I having so much “interaction” with all these people?
Day 3, angry pool cleaner shows-up (high no less). Asks for the Ipad and starts swearing up a storm in front of our teenager, makes me walk him through everything, he then calls the owner on speaker phone to yell at him in front of me. I literally have to calm him down (so much for my vacation). He finally leaves.
Day 4 was less eventful, but for the price to be constantly interrupted on my vacation, this was quite the disappointment.
