About this house rental
Your tranquil Palm Springs Oasis awaits you in highly sought-after South Palm Springs (think, less wind). Located just minutes from downtown and in close proximity to golf, horseback riding, shopping, hiking and great restaurants, our 3-bedroom home features a spacious living room with 60" TV, a family room with 65" TV and DVD player, a fully-equipped kitchen (yes, we love to cook), a beautifully manicured backyard with mountain view, a covered patio with built-in BBQ, an outdoor fire pit and a pool with elevated jacuzzi. Our Master suite has an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub, a TV and plenty of space to relax. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite bathroom (shower); and the third bedroom also accommodates a queen bed. There is a third bathroom in the hall (shower). This home is perfect for families, couples or friends looking to relax. This is not a "party" house. Our neighborhood is quiet and we are committed to keeping it that way (no outdoor music, no late night or excessive noise please.) However, if you are looking to chill out, and enjoy some quality down-time, this home will not disappoint. If you are interested in this property, please click on “Contact Host” (not “Request to Book”) and provide the following information: (1) the number and ages of the adults and children in your group, (2) if you will be bringing a dog (and if so, the breed, age and weight), and (3) some information about your group (i.e., how you know each other.) The home was wonderful. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed. The property manager, Regenia, was such a delight and very responsive and helpful!! The outdoor space was everything you could hope for in a Palm Springs vacation home. Plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, nice dinner table with plenty of seating, comfy couch and fans! I think the only thing I would add is maybe a place to hang towels outside to dry, but we just used the chairs and loungers so it was fine. It seemed the pool deck was recently redone so it was very slick, hopefully over time it will get more grip. Our group was all family and in our 50s, I would definitely stay again!! I also really appreciated the blackout curtains and luggage racks in all the rooms!!! AC worked great. Hot tub was hot. The landscaping was so great. They have hummingbird feeders up and they were zooming all over which I loved. Plenty of birds coming to the feeder and bath. We very much enjoyed the home. Thank you for sharing!!!

This property fully met - and in many regards, exceeded - our expectations. The layout was perfect for a family vacation that included three teenagers who value their space. The decor was modern and tasteful, the linens and towels were much nicer than what you usually find in a vacation rental and the kitchen was recently updated with high-end appliances and everything we needed to cook meals, including a full Thanksgiving dinner. The backyard was truly a private oasis with plenty of space to relax. The owners of the property were responsive and provided a lot of helpful information. The location was good - in a nice, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping. All in all, this is the nicest VRBO I have stayed in at this price point. We would definitely stay here again.

My family of 7 stayed here over Thanksgiving and it had everything we needed. The home is clean, comfortable and had all the amenities. Our kids spent most of the time in the pool and the kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful place to stay for our first visit to Palm Springs! Property was exactly as advertised, very clean and well appointed. Quick responses to questions and an easy check in all contributed to a great experience - would definitely stay here again!
