THE UNIT: Perfect for an extended stay, our unit at "Kihei's Best Resort Condo", Kamaole Sands 5-107 in South Kihei, Maui is a gorgeously remodeled one-bedroom, 2-full bath GROUND LEVEL condo that can easily and comfortably accommodate 4 - 5 guests. The Master suite has a luxurious King-sized bed, an updated private master bath with a walk-in glass-walled shower, and loads of extra storage space. The inviting living room dares you not to lay back and relax with the modern tropical design and high-end furnishings. For your family and guests, our unit is equipped with a classy and comfortable Queen-sized Murphy bed for two, tucked away on a hidden wall cabinet, and an oversized super comfortable couch for one.
The kitchen is frankly better-outfitted than our own at home...everything you could possibly need for an extended stay! All new and updated appliances, including full-sized washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, crock pot, rice cooker, cooking and baking ware, serving utensils, and flatware, Tupperware storage for leftovers, kids cups and plates, and more.
Fully air-conditioned throughout the unit, you'll stay cool all day and night when you've had enough of the tropical sun. Or when you want to feel the cool, tropical-scented trade wind breeze, open the sliding glass doors and step outside! Our ground-level unit has a fully furnished patio, perfect for outdoor dining from sunrise breakfasts to sunset Mai Tai's. The lush tropical garden and expansive lawn are your "back yard," and you've chosen a unit with the perfect location from the pool; conveniently just steps away, but far enough that noise is not an issue.
THE GROUNDS: Kamaole Sands is Kihei's "Best Condo Resort" (CastleResorts.com, 2019), with over 15 acres of beautifully manicured private gardens, waterfalls, pools and ponds. Located across the street from Kamaole 3 Beach Park, world-famous for its spectacular nightly sunsets and tempting gentle waves, your commute to the beach is a casual 5-minute stroll along the gardens and across the street. THE COMPLEX: Kamaole Sands also has six private tennis courts for your pleasure, as well as an air-conditioned fitness center, convenient bicycle parking, and surf board/kayak storage areas. Work your muscles and then relax in the jacuzzi!
GUEST SERVICES: Got a question? Your rental includes the convenience of access to the Guest Services Desk for check-in assistance, gate codes, parking permit and info, property maps, 24-7 Security patrols, local directions, and even printing your boarding pass.
THE POOL AND HOTTUBS: The expansive pool deck is large enough for everyone to enjoy Maui's perfect weather, with plenty of lounge chairs and seating. The saltwater pool complex boasts two large Jacuzzi spas, one for everyone, and one that is "adults only". The little kids love Kamaole Sands, too, with a kiddie-sized wading pool and ping pong and foosball tables in the covered game patio.
When you've worked up an appetite, there are three separate Barbeque grill areas conveniently tucked around the grounds for your grilling pleasure.

This was our second time staying here and once again the condo was a perfect fit for us. The location and grounds are fantastic. Being on the ground floor is our preference and makes sitting out on the lanai a joy. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip. Thank you Lisa and Edward.

The unit was perfect, clean, and exactly what we were hoping for. Even better, the communication with Lisa was fantastic and she was extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here!

The hosts of this property were great before we even arrived. We had issues with our flights but luckily everything worked out. They were very supportive and gave us options that helped put my mind at ease. They messaged us the day after we arrived just to check in and be sure everything was perfect!
This was our 5th visit to Kamaole Sands and this was by far the best unit we have stayed in. The ground floor made it easy for the boys to zip off to the pool or to our friends condo...the grass at Kam Sands is a dream. No shoes required! The lanai is very important to us as we love having breakfast together to start our day. The table and four chairs accommodated us perfectly.
When the boys opened up the lanai storage locker we were thrilled to find boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas - everything we needed was in there.
Inside the condo I cannot say enough about the Murphy bed. My 17 and 14 year old boys are not small and the two of them were able to sleep comfortably with no issues. And to have a king bed while on vacation for my husband and I was fantastic.
Two bathrooms so no fighting over who was in there too long or taking forever for everyone to get showered up!
The kitchen had all kinds of dishes and lots of spices etc. We had plenty of dishsoap, dishwasher detergent, cleaning supplies to last us our whole trip.
I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay. Thank you so much to our hosts, your attention to detail is absolutely remarkable!!

Great place to stay! The Murphy bed was a great option for more sleeping space. We appreciated the wagon and other beach supplies! Lisa was very responsive when we had questions. We would stay here again!
