About this apartment rental
Please check out my comfortable quiet (end unit, Building #5 2nd floor) 1 bedroom condo 2 baths (818 sq ft) with views of the pool, partial ocean view, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, recently painted, new carpets and conveniently located to everything you need, the unit is airy and bright with extra windows. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and cooking utensils.
My place is located across the street from South Kihei Road. Easy access to Kamaole Beach Park 3. It's approx. a 5 mins walk to the beach and 10-15 mins leisurely stroll to nearby shops and stores. A short drive to the Wailea Shopping Center.
I have a king bed in the bedroom and queen sofa bed in the living room. There is also a second bathroom in the living room.
My place is furnished with good sheets, pillows, towels(replaced yearly), cooking equipment, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, hot water pot, refrigerator and dishwasher. I just replaced the sofa cushions and foam inside so they are super comfortable to sit on.
There's a washer/dryer is located inside my unit. . A trash room is located on each floor. I have a parking spot available for your use.

Jack was incredibly easy to communicate with and accommodating. I would rent from him 10 out of 10 times. Best host we’ve stayed with by far.The unit was great and perfect for our needs. The pool was great. Property is beautiful. My only complaint is not booking an extra week.

Jack was the best! His condo had everything plus more!Great communication, tastefully furnished, clean & just what the pictures show. Condo is nicely tucked in with views of the pool & vegetation.Only thing is Jack, one new beach chair & 2 new boogie boards would be great! Malala Jack we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Jack’s place! We stayed for ten nights with our two daughters (8 and 10) and the unit was perfect for us. We loved the proximity to the pool and the easy walk across the road to Kamaole 2 and 3. The unit is very clean, well-stocked and comfortable. We absolutely hope to be back.
