This great 1/1 condo is located in the highly desirable waterfront community at Rocky Point Island. Fantastic amenities include private sunning beach, hammocks, heated pool, sundeck, sand volleyball, outside fitness center, fishing pier and picnic area with BBQ!

Instructions were clear and the place was nice. Definitely recommend checking out the beach bar. The lobby has a nice selection of drinks, snacks, and commonly forgotten toiletries for sale. Sunset is beautiful there!

Incredible stay. We Loved every second of our trip. The room is adorable , well stocked, & very clean. communication was great, check in was easy, it’s a little hidden gem. We came here for a little R&R. We sat by the water everyday and enjoyed the view of the bay, watched the sunset, and woke up every morning to a beautiful view. The downfall was leaving !Already making arrangements for a future stay .
