L'appartement de par son emplacement face à l'océan, de par son équipement très complet ainsi que son très bon agencement a répondu parfaitement à nos attentes.

Die Lage mit dem Blick aufs Meer von der ersten Etage ist spitze. Aus dem Haus raus und direkt an den Strand, das ist für den Strandurlaub schon toll.
Die Wohnung bietet einen guten Standard. Im Detail: Ordentliches Schlafzimmer nach Osten mit kleinem Arbeitsplatz und kleiner Bibliothek. Sehr kleine Toilette in einem sehr kleinen Badezimmer. Viel Stauraum in den Schränken. Bequemes Grand Lit auf der Galerie, hier wenig Raumhöhe. Keine Spülmaschine. Couchtisch kann zum Esstisch umgebaut werden, clever! Schnelles Internet und SmartTV mit Amazon Prime und Netflix (eigenes Konto erforderlich). Tiefgarage und Fahrradkeller.
Im Parterre zwei Restaurants mit Terrasse. Anfang Juli ging davon keine nennenswerte Lärmbelästigung aus, vormittags zog gelegentlich ein bisschen Küchengeruch nach oben. Insgesamt sechs Lokale im Umkreis von 100 m. Erstklassig: Jean des Sables (sehr teuer). Gut auch Le Perchoir (teuer) und Pîle ou Face (günstig, aber kein Meerblick).
Wir kommen sehr wahrscheinlich wieder. :-)
