About this apartment rental
Beautiful 2-room apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people in a dream location, right at the foot of the most beautiful beaches on the Landes coast! Come and enjoy the idyllic sunset view over the ocean from your terrace. You might even be lucky enough to spot a pod of dolphins!
Côte Basque Residence, beachfront location in La Centrale, Hossegor.
On the 2nd floor of a secure building, the apartment offers:
- an entrance hall
- a living room with a sofa and a pull-out bed (2 single beds 80x190cm), access to a balcony,
- a fully equipped and functional open-plan kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, appliances, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer
- a separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and a second balcony,
- an en-suite bathroom and a separate WC.
END-OF-STAY CLEANING
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking. However, this is a standard cleaning. If the apartment is left in a condition requiring more thorough cleaning, a €60 cleaning fee will be charged.
Please consult the welcome booklet upon arrival.
PARKING SPACE:
Parking spaces within the residence are not assigned. We ask that you park only one vehicle.
ARRIVAL
You will be greeted in person on your arrival day whenever possible.
If our arrival times are not compatible, a key box is available; information will be sent on the morning of your arrival.
LINEN NOT PROVIDED
Sheets and towels are available for rent.

TRes bel appartement, moderne et fonctionnel. correspond tout a fait aux photos. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons apprécié apprécié la vue mer

Belle appartement avec belle vue. A 50m de la plage. Extrêmement bien situé.
Vue en direct sur les surfeurs, spectacle sympa le soir !
L'appartement est super bien équipé et très propre.
Seul regret, la rue derrière est bruyante à certains soirs, à certains moments de la nuit... ce n'est pas tout le temps non plus !

L'appartement en lui même est bien équipé , bien placé mais l'insonorisation est inexistante ! Hors saison ça reste tout à fait supportable ...
Gros bémol aussi : il ne s'agit pas d'un particulier mais d'une agence de location immobilière et les draps / serviettes de bain sont payants ! ( et ils ne sont pas donnés) et ce n'est absolument pas précisé dans l'annonce ...dommage...et légèrement malhonnête !
