Le Soleil d’Or

The location to all beach facilities & cafes is perfect. The view from the balcony is 1st class! The apartment is in a secure building & I felt safe staying there solo. Everything you need for a self contained stay was provided in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend staying here .. especially if you Love the beach. Walking into Centreville and the Lac was an easy 15min flat walk

My only slight negative is the size of space for showering. The shower is over the bath which is fine but movement/ turning under the shower is impacted by a bulkhead but I managed to work around this little issue.

L’emplacement est parfait, l’appartement est spacieux. La chambre mezzanine est très grande.

L’aspect extérieur de l’immeuble, mais le ravalement permettra d’améliorer ce point.

We were kindly welcomed by the hosts at this apartment complex by the ocean. The vocation atmosphere was complimented with a fully equipped apartment. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets with home-cooked meals on the balcony as well as the many cafes and restaurants in the area. The excitement of the waves at the ocean side is well complimented by the tranquility of the nearby lake, both with clean sandy beaches. We had a very nice week surfing and swimming, the apartment made us feel at home in Hossegor.

The bedroom loft needed extra ventilation: we needed to keep the fan on and it wasn't a hot week.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und auch die Aussicht. Die Küchenzeile ist relativ neu und gut bestückt.

Es war nur das nötigste geputzt. Es gab noch viel Staub. Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen und der Duschvorhang total alt und vergilbt. Auch die Türen innen waren schmierig. Fenster leider auch sehr schmutzig und trüb. Auf dem Balkon wurde gar nicht geputzt und alles war noch voller Taubendreck. Eklig. Die Abwaschmaschine hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Ich war an heissen Tagen da. Es wird in der Wohnung sehr heiss und auf der Galerie kann man wegen der Hitze nicht schlafen.
