Vi fick ett jättefint mottagande med en rundvandring i lobbyn och rummet. Hela boendet är väldigt fräscht och allt som du behöver finns, även sänglampor och krokar på rätt ställe, vilket ofta saknas.

La chambre est située dans une très jolie maison près de la digue qui permet de rejoindre le centre ville très facilement. Comme toujours à Taïwan, tout est bien organisé.
L’hôte est très aimable. Il parle anglais, mieux que moi.
La décoration est parfaite pour la bibliothécaire que je suis. Le mobilier est tellement beau !
Le lit est grand et confortable. La chambre est grande.
On a beaucoup aimé.
Pour info - Quand on loue une chambre on ne peut cuisiner mais finalement ce n'est pas si grave. On mange à l'extérieur.

We had a very warm welcome from a helpful host (thank you for the generous honeymoon upgrade!) who also provided excellent recommendations for things to do, a map of Hualien, and suggestions for good breakfast spots. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a clean bathroom featuring a bidet and a great shower. The B&B is clearly well cared for and nicely maintained. There’s a lift to access the upper floors and a shared kitchen for guests’ convenience (we mainly used it to store snacks and breakfast items).
Although it’s a bit away from the center of Hualien (around a 30-minute walk along the river or a 10–15 minute taxi ride), it’s only a short walk from the train station, so arrivals and departures were very convenient (and still plenty of food & drinks options nearby).
