Central location. Comfortable room and bathroom. Very nice host who warm up our room before arrival, which was great (it was January). Nice common area downstairs. Lift. Washing machine. A would definetely stay there again when Im in Hualien city.
Washing machine presences, but dryer machine or at list some drying rack is absent. Parking - when we book it says free of charge, but we booked at the late afternoon with check in the same day, and in this case the parking was extra charged.

管家親切，服務態度很好，房間超乾淨，空間超大，一家五口（2大3小）住超舒適，離東大門夜市超近，離海洋公園也很近，是值得再次入住的民宿👍🏻

新，又有電梯，走路6分鐘可到東大門夜市，非常方便。
也不是不滿意，是沙發椅很漂亮，但支撐度稍差。
