Se si è un gruppo numeroso, ottimi gli spazi. La dislocazione su due livelli della zona notte e giorno, aiuta la privacy. Ben attrezzata. Ottima posizione per escursioni sul gran Sasso.
In generale la casa ha bisogno di diverse migliorie. Mobilio datato. Peccato per la vista sugli appennini tagliata dai piloni dell'autostrada. Il giardino non era ancora accessibile per l'erba troppo alta.

posizione ottima se hai bisogno di spostarti per raggiungere punti di interesse. ambienti interni, anche se datati, molto ampi
il panorama è coperto dai piloni dell'autostrada, quindi le montagne da casa non le vedi. gli spazi all'aperto poco curati, ortiche e rovi ovunque, dislivello tra ingresso casa e ingresso "giardino" con fondo sconnesso che facilita cadute sia in discesa che in salita.
