Nice apartment close to town

The owner communicated well and met us on site when agreed. Handy location to town. Recently renovated so appliances, furniture and utensils are basically new. Quiet area and comfortable bed. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals.

Shower is very small - I’m tall at 6’2 but I only just fitted. We stayed during the peak of summer. Fans were provided but lack of air conditioning made it hard to stay cool. We were able to secure a carpark which was ideal. Car parking adjacent to the apartment isn’t guaranteed though so if you aren’t lucky enough to secure a carpark, public car parking is a reasonable walk away.

Very nice and clean apartement! The host is very kind, even picked me up from the train station nearby as there where no taxis available. In addition, he was always available by phone for questions and concerns. The apartment is centrally located and an ideal starting point for various sights or hikes. Approximately 3 minutes from the beach. I can definitely recommend a stay at the Noliday Suite Riviera Luxury Sea Flat!

Fully equipped flat in great base-location for trips in an astonishing landscape.

The apartment is a whole flat in a house close to the center of Noli, fully equipped and super tidy. Perfect place for planning tours to the beaches in the area or any other trip. Comes with WLAN, a parking spot and hotel-like beds. The landlord and his family were super neat when handing over the keys and made sure everything is in perfect shape. The Noli area is beautiful, by sea and by land.

Perfect apartment in Noli. The apartment was very nice. Large rooms and a great kitchen and a super bathroom. Federico made us feel welcome and explained everything well. His tips on which beaches are beautiful helped us a lot. You are in 2min directly in the beautiful old town on foot. There are wonderful restaurants.

Excellent location, close to the sea 5 mins walking, a stone’s throw away from the city center! Large apartment, nice design, very clean and equipped: the best accomodation in Noli Federico is super kind and available for any request I strongly recommend it

Sehr gut, wenn Heizung gelaufen wäre.

Sauber und super zentrale Lage. Abstellplatz Auto direkt vor dem Haus

Es darf anscheinend Ende Oktober in Noli noch nicht geheizt werden. Die Wohnung war sehr kalt, deshalb auch nicht so gemütlich wie man es sich morgens zum Frühstück vorstellt. Das selbe auch am Abend!

Piccolo appartamento con tutti i comfort, vicino al centro e 10 minuti a piedi dal mare. Ha tante comodità come armadi grandi, cucina fornita e ben funzionale, divano letto, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Check out semplice

Attenzione, è un palazzo storico e ha l’ascensore ma è molto piccolo, una carrozzina o sedia a rotelle non ci entra

Piacevole e rilassante nella splendida cornice di Noli

Appartamento tenuto in modo ineccepibile curato e pulito. Buona la posizione per le nostre esigenze. Federico è stato un host gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Ci ha dato, inoltre, ottimi consgli per il nostro soggiorno. Cosiglio questa struttura.

Aggiungerei un po' di carata igienica e bagnoschiuma.

C'è stato un problema con la caldaia e il proprietario ha risolto subito. Si può parcheggiare nel cortile del condominio e si accede da una strada chiusa quindi molto silenziosa. L'appartamento è a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro.

Pulizia impeccabile. Accoglienza del proprietario all'arrivo. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, arredato con gusto. Letti comodissimi. Zona tranquilla, molto silenziosa e molto vicina al centro, dotata di parcheggio condominiale. Non abbiamo mai preso l'auto per spostarci.
