Hyatt House Nashville Airport

We enjoyed this location near the airport for our stay due to it being in a safe area away from the downtown but yet not too far of a drive to get there. Their morning breakfast was honestly some of the best at a hotel and it was hot, fresh and enjoyable. The evening staff that checked us in went above and beyond to be helpful, super friendly and welcoming to his hotel. My room on the 4th floor was perfect. Not too loud, the room was clean and comfortable ( absolutely loved the chase lounger in the room). The bathroom was sufficient for a nice shower and good for a short visit. The bed was comfortable, nice pillows and room temperature was great

The morning front desk gentlemen were not very friendly and didn't seem to want to check me out and provide a receipt, and just wanted us to put the key in the basket. I didn't press the issue as I knew I had prepaid, but would have preferred getting a receipt.

Proximity to fairgrounds and airport Clean updated and friendly staff. Breakfast and bottled water included.

Paying separately for parking $12/day isn't ideal. There wasn't much direction on how yo use the parking app so it was confusing. Cleaning staff a bit eager for us to exit our room 2 hours early than our checkout time to get in and clean. Felt a bit rushed to leave the room.

1 out of 2 elevators were down the 2 days we were there making wait times to get down stairs long and inconvenient. Bedroom wasn’t that clean- we found dust, hair & medicine or vitamins by and on the bedsheets behind the headboard. I also didn’t like that we were in a room that had a door in between the next room.
