This home has 5.5 bathrooms and will comfortably sleep 12. Home amenities include 3 gas fireplaces (two indoor, one outdoor), 6 4K TVs (big screen in living room, one in each bedroom), Living room has surround sound with 140 DVD's to choose from, and a CD stereo. Large granite slabs in the gourmet kitchen, as well as a stereo and flat screen TV. This upscale kitchen features an oversized custom center island with 6 burners stainless steel cooktop and will make preparing meals a chef's delight. The dining table easily seats 10+ complete with a high chair for the babies. The over-sized private master suite includes a flat-screen TV, DVD, stereo, gas fireplace, king sleigh bed, glass walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub. This is truly a chef's dream! Slate flooring, Stainless Steel appliances, granite countertops, Over the 6-burner gas stove top in the massive island is a stainless hood vent. The Island also functions as bar seating for 4. The numerous cabinets allow for plenty of storage and contain top end kitchen necessities.
Dining:
In the open concept Kitchen, across from the island, is the natural wood dining table that seats 10+.
Living:
A beautiful built in media cabinet with large flatscreen TV, incredible 100+ DVD library, gas fireplace and leather couch and seating make a warm, inviting living space. A pub table for four adds a place for games, drinks or conversation.
Bedrooms:
There are four large bedrooms with en suites downstairs. The first two are located to the right. One houses two sets of bunk beds for a sleep-over style room with HDTV. The other has a Queen bed, HDTV and en suite. To the left at the hall are two more bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, en suite and HDTV.
The Back Deck:
Outdoor living at its finest awaits you on the back patio/deck. A gas fireplace, dining space all under the cover of a roof with ceiling fan for those hot days, plus a hot tub, and a drink chest all surrounded by a privacy wall. Kick back and relax in the external extension of the home. *** BBQ grill is not available Winter/Spring 2024.***

Up the stairs is a landing with desk and chair for getting work done. To the right is the Premier Bedroom with huge en suite. The bedroom has a King size Sleigh Bed and HDTV. The en suite has a slate tile floor, beautiful wood double-sink vanity, garden tub and large slate-tiled shower with rain-head shower.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 12 RPP Passes. Recreation Plus Passes Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.
*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. This home sits near the train tracks. It is a freight train with no schedule so it's never known when it will come through.
Pet Policy:
This home allows pets only when approved by management. The pet fee is $20 per night per pet. No more than 2 pets are allowed.

The hosts are absolutely amazing ... reached out with activities and recommendations for everywhere. Incredible pool and amenities game area in the garage is awesome.. Overall a 10/10 .. Thank you and we can't wait to stay there again.

We came to Sunriver to celebrate my 50th birthday, my grandmas 90th birthday and my daughter in laws 30th birthday. We loved the large dining area and kitchen with a huge island. All the bedrooms had their own private bathrooms so that was a plus! Great house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that were not working properly when we arrived, but maintenance was great and the management company were very couteous and helpful.
