Sunset Escape at Bridges Bay Resort! With your booking you secure six daily passes to the Boji Splash waterpark and swim-up bar. This GROUND FLOOR 3-bedroom, 2 bath condo in the Brooklyn Bridge complex sleeps 6 and is perfectly placed steps from East Lake Okoboji. Your home away from home offers a fully stocked kitchen, windows in every bedroom, lake views from the living room. Breakfast bar with 5 stools on the kitchen island and the dining table seats four. Step outside to your own private patio with gas grill, outdoor table and four chairs. Living room offers ample seating, fold out couch for 2 extra sleeping spaces, and high-speed internet.

Master bedroom offers a king size bed with full bathroom with shower, dual vanity, walk in closet, hand soap, toilet paper and an assortment of towels are furnished for your stay. A washer and dryer with detergent are furnished for your stay. All 3 bedrooms on the ground floor level and the closets offer extra blankets and pillows. Bedroom (2) provides a King bed, Bedroom (3) offers a Queen bed.

Six daily passes to the Bridges Bay Boji Splash Indoor and Outdoor Waterpark are included with your reservation. Bridges Bay Resort offers two direct waterfront restaurants the Waterfront American Grille and Bracco World Cafe & Beach Bar, live music, on-site fitness center, arcade and game room, private fully stocked fishing pond, basketball court, outdoor children's play station and outdoor shelter with gas grills.

Just across the bridge you will hit Broadway Street in Arnolds park offering tons of Restaurants, Bars, Live Entertainment, Orbitz Mini Donuts, Tropical Snow Cones, Arnolds Park Amusement Park, the Iconic Nutty Bar Stand, Shopping at the Emporium, and so much More! Within a few miles you will find grocery stores and convenience stores to stock up for your stay. Bridges Bay Resort offers an updated outdoor swimming pool, indoor water park, Bracco Restaurant and The Waterfront Bar and Grille. Multiple swimming pools are placed throughout the resort with a gym and family arcade are just some of the activities you can enjoy during your stay.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.

Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available or under construction (notice will be given by Okoboji Vacation Company).
