The apartment was fine and as expected. Except the heating and hot water were faulty.
No heating or hot water. Did speak to the owner. Had to reset the boiler in order to get the water and heating on. However it went off again a hour or so later, reset again. Went off during the night, reset again and went off during my shower.

I wish there was Air condition and elevator. Going up to 3 floors with baggage is terrible.
