Villa Martiner – Apartment Francesco is a spacious 130 m² apartment with a castle-like flair, surrounded by meadows and fruit trees, and offering breathtaking views of the Sassolungo and Sella mountains. Nestled in the heart of Val Gardena, Villa Martiner is the perfect starting point for your adventures across the Dolomites, including Seceda, Alpe di Siusi, Sella Ronda, Fermedes, and Dolomiti Superski.
The apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a separate dining area. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine, bed linen, towels, a small balcony, and more. Upon request, the host provides high chairs, cribs, and a barbecue.
All guests enjoy complimentary entry to Mar Dolomit, the public swimming pool and sauna in Ortisei. With the GuestPass, guests can use public transportation (trains and buses, but excluding lifts) free of charge.
The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny part of Ortisei, approximately a 10-minute walk from the town center. The Resciesa lift is a 3-minute walk (220 m) away, while the Seceda lift can be reached in 7 minutes (550 m). Both lifts are part of the Dolomiti Superski area and connect directly to the Sellaronda.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: one king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm)
Bedroom 2: one king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm)
Bedroom 3: one king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and two single bunk beds (90 cm x 200 cm)
The standard sleeping arrangement accommodates 8 guests, with the option of adding a 9th extra bed.
Free on-site parking is available both in a garage and in the outdoor parking lot. Charging for electric vehicles is available upon request. Pets are welcome for an extra fee.

The apartment was in a really great location near the pannicular. There are two options of accessing two different types of hiking experiences. It was so easy to walk into town. The host was extremely accessible and pleasant and available for any needs. We might have the apartment was super spacious, clean and comfortable And I wish we would’ve had more time for a longer stay

Pros: Lots of space, amazing views, fully stocked kitchen and within walking distance to so much!!
Cons: We were happy to see a washer but it was smaller than expected and we didn't realize that there would not be a dryer.

Location and view were really great, close to town and one lift. For ski season would be nice to have a place for skis and gear to dry, even hooks in the hallway (8ppl), also kitchen could be a bit more stocked with normal everyday products. Otherwise was really great and we enjoyed our stay

Wonderful place. Monica, our hostess was very attentive but gave us our privacy also. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Would love to stay again sometime.
