Our cozy, quietly located vacation apartment “Georgine” is situated right on the Warnemünde promenade, on the side facing Georginenplatz. Private underground parking space in the building. Dear guests, welcome to
. We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, right on the promenade.
The “Georgine” is located on the 1st floor, measures approximately 68 square meters, and is designed to accommodate 2 people. The building has an elevator. The living room features a large glass front that floods the entire room with light, with a balcony opening onto the quiet Georginenplatz. A TV, radio/CD player, and DVD player are included in the living room furnishings; the bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a second TV. Underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth on cool days.
The apartment includes a free underground parking space (No. 7) in the building.
You can store your bicycles in the bike room. Beautiful bathroom with a bathtub and a hair dryer.
The apartment is reserved for non-smokers.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the boardwalk, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
