The apartment house Kaltenbach-Stumm is located in the sunny Zillertal in one of the most charming places in all of Tyrol in the center of Sturm, surrounded by rustic inns and cozy cafes. It is a wonderful place to linger. The ski bus stop is only 50 meters from the house and transports the enthusiastic skiers and snowboarders to the top ski area Hochfügen-Hochzillertal. The cozy apartment "Zentral 6er App" consists of a living/dining area with sofa, a very well equipped kitchen with dining area and dishwasher, two bedrooms as well as a bathroom and guest toilet. Thus, the apartment is suitable for a total of 6 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. In addition, the apartment offers a large, sunny balcony where you can start your day with a delicious breakfast. Due to the excellent location, restaurants, bars and cafes are just a 2-10 minute walk away (120-750 m) and the nearest bakery is just around the corner (4 minute walk). Two smaller grocery stores are also located in Stumm, only 3-4 minutes walk from the apartment house. In summer Stumm offers numerous sporting activities for the whole family: from mini golf or swimming pool to climbing or mountain biking.
Parking spaces are available on the property. If desired, an underground parking space can be booked for a small extra charge and on request. A ski storage room with electric ski boot dryer is also available.

The visitor's tax will increase from 1 December 2024 from €1.50 per person per night (aged 15 and over) to €2.60 per person per night (aged 15 and over).
