Comfortable, self contained and easy parking, easy to get to all ski areas in Zillertal Valley.

Excellent location for getting to Kaltenbach, Hochzillertal (walking) , or 15 mins drive to the Horbergbahn Telecabione (Mayrhofen). Good kitchen and dining area, well equipped kitchen. Plenty of parking. Comfortable bed.

Modern comfy cosy central located 2 p ( perfect for a couple) apartment

Central location. Warm comfy apartment with a good heated ‘schiraum’ and super friendly staff

You cannot regulate the temperature in the apartment yourself, but we requested our host to lower the temperature a bit which was no problem and was organised right away. The street is a bit too loud to sleep with the window open.

Nice and spacious well equipped Appartement in Zillertal, thumbs up 👍

it is clean, very spacious and well maintained property. we had a two-bedroom apartment equipped with everything needed for a family stay. a second WC is big plus, positively surprised to have 2 WCs in two bedroom apartment. furniture and appliances are modern and in perfect condition. the apartment is conveniently located, close to main road although quite and no disturbance from the traffic noise. several restaurants can be found in a walking distance as well as supermarket and a drugstore (Apotheke). staff is very friendly, gave us warm welcome and eager to help. no problem with parking at all.

I’d recommend installing mosquito screens on the windows as those flies were really annoying. beds are comfy although the mattresses are bit too soft to my taste.

New spacious apartment ideal for skiing

New and clean apartment. Our room was located directly to the street but was surprisingly quiet. The apartment is spacious and largely well equipped. The lift is nearby as well as supermarket and some restaurants. The owner is very nice but sometimes a bit confused and hard to be contacted via online messages. It’s best to simple ring at his door. However, he’ll then organized everything for us and even let us checkout later without further charges.

If you don't have a car, it's a tricky way to get to the ski lift - you need to go through the noisy road and big parking area. Otherwise, the way is twice longer. We stayed in apartments with windows on the noisy road. Plus, there was a usual door separating our apartments and neighboring apartments, but not the wall. Therefore we could hear them, and they could listen to us. I guess, previously, the central apartment's door should be in another place, and now "the hall area" with hooks for clothes and a place for shoes is not near the entrance. A bit tricky check-in and check-out.

Modern and very good located apartment. Fully equiped

Our stay was super good. The apartment is near the ski center, very well located. Every was cristal clean, the doors and walls are super good soundproof. The bed at the living room was also very comfortable. The only thing that dint bother us but might bother someone else is that one room was a bit small to put all the luggage on the flood. On top of this great experience, the owner Daniel allowed us to charger our electric vehicle using a cable through the window. This is super convenient. He said they will install a wall box or something. Great!

We could not use our own italian espresso coffee machine because the kitchen has induction technology. Coffee is nevertheless offered at extra price so it was all good at the end!

Exceptional

Almost everything was superlative: large, modern and bright rooms, brand new and expensive furniture, appliances and dinnerware, very comfy 30 cm high mattresses, large terrace with great view, Nespresso machine with lots of capsules. The property is in the vicinity of the main road at the entrance of the village, so during the day can be a little bit noisy, but the windows give fast total soundproofing for a good sleep.

For our taste, the pillows could have been softer and the duvets thinner. The communication with the host is a little bit more difficult than in other accommodations, but everything was solved in time.

Exceptional

The apartments were brand new with a fully equipped kitchen including a nespresso machine. The beds were so comfortable, that it was a challenge to get out of them each morning😴 The only slightly negative point is that the bathroom towels could be bigger😳 but it may just be a teething problem. Can't wait to visit again.

Top Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr saubere, sehr moderne Wohnung. Hatten eine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer und 3 Toiletten und 2 Bäder. Einfach nur klasse.

أعجبني الموقع وتوجد ثلاث دورات مياه

الشباك لم يكن عليه حمايه من الحشرات فواجهت مشكله ان المكان حار حيث لايوجد تكييف وعند فتح الشباك تدخل الحشرات - مالك السكن غير متعاون ولايجيب على استفساراتي - ضريبة السياحه يجب دفعها كاش فقط ولا يقبل بطاقة وهذا مالم يتم ذكره في بوكينج مما سبب لي قليل من الارتباك

wir sind zum Georgiritt nach Stumm angereist - hatten auch unseren Hund dabei unseren Vermieter haben wir ganz praktisch und schnell per Handy erwischt, er erklärte uns, wie wir in unser Apartment kommen - ganz leicht und unkompliziert beim Betreten des Apartments, dachten wir, wir sidn verkehrt - das Apartment ist TRAUMHAFT schön! Sehr sauber / sehr groß - wir waren restlos begeistert!!
