About this apartment rental
Step out to our screened porch to the beautiful bay water views. We are on the first floor end unit with a short walk to a private beach. The community amenities are a short walk from our unit offering a pool and hot tub, golfing, kayaking and playground area to meet everyone’s needs, also including tennis, pickleball, volleyball and basketball courts. Bethany and Delaware state park beaches are within 5 miles away. We are close to the Ocean City, Maryland line as well as Dewey and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, all within 15 miles away. The outlets in Rehoboth Beach offer plenty of shops and restaurants. The boardwalks in O.C., Md and Rehoboth offer shops and amusement parks, while Bethany Beach boardwalk is a smaller setting but nice restaurants and quaint shops. Be sure to check out the local farmer’s markets, Parsons is our favorite! Sunday mornings Bethany boardwalk offers a great outside market. There also are local grocers within a mile away. Also, close by are our favorite wineries, Salted Vineyards, Nassau Valley and Windmill Creek. You may run out of time before you can enjoy all of it! Great family vacation with lots to do on the property! Close drive to the Inlet, Bethany and Ocean City. Owner was wonderful to work with to prepare for our stay. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend to give this one a try. Well worth it!

We booked this condo for a long weekend to de-stress after hectic work and teen sport schedules and this condo delivered! From starting each day with a quiet cup of coffee in the screened in porch and enjoying the view of the bay, walking/jogging along the paved paths through the scenic golf course to the convenient location only minutes from shopping and the beach, this was exactly what we needed.The host was very thoughtful and provided clear instructions on how to check in and check out of the property. The condo is well-kept and perfect for our family of 3!

No beach chairs. Only one access key. We got no reply from property manager when we asked for another key. Kitchen could use some more matching glasses that are not plastic. The lack of response from the manager I found troublesome. The place was very clean. It would have been nice to have some beach chairs. Nice view from screened-in porch.

This condo was great! Clean and comfortable, community is quiet and relaxing. Great location with a short drive to Bethany Beach. Working with Lori was very easy and accommodating.
