Everything seemed as advertised except internet wasn’t working. When alerting company we were told they’d check. We never got it working and had to leave day early due to warnings for impending storm. We were given a credit for lack of amenity without asking.

The kitchen was well appointed. The ice maker did not disappoint. We received the check in email in plenty of time and the door lock was easy to operate.

What a beautiful spot in a great location! This house was beautiful, beachy, clean, and well maintained. The development offered great amenities—next to the bay for kayaking, walking paths, golf, pool passes. It was about 5.5 miles from Bethany Beach—an easy bike ride. It's also very close to grocery stores, great restaurants, and the Millville Boardwalk. We had a great long weekend, and we'll definitely be back!

Overall, it was clean and in a good location. But there were little things...kitchen table wasn't wiped off, crumbs all over the chairs, the iron was left out, a q-tip was laying on a bedroom table, etc. With heavy rain, the sunroom leaks and water steams in through the windows, leaving things wet and dirty drip marks all around. Walls and ceilings are thin - you can hear the people upstairs walking around.
