Welcome to Oceans Joy, your oceanfront escape along St. Augustine Beach’s beloved Golden Mile. This is a place to slow down, unplug, and let the sound of the waves set the pace for your stay.
Sip your morning coffee on the oceanfront balcony, feel the sea breeze, and take in endless views from both bedrooms. Inside, you’ll find updated appliances and fresh, comfortable furnishings designed for easy, stress-free living. Spend your days lounging by the pool, walking the non-driving beach just steps away, or simply relaxing with the ocean as your backdrop.
Everything is thoughtfully equipped so you can arrive, unpack, and truly unwind. We invite you to leave the busy world behind and enjoy the simple joy of beach life at Oceans Joy.
No Smoking and No Pets.
The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in the kitchen for easy meal prep. There are beach chairs and several beach toys provided. We do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard. There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:
* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

The condo was in very good condition when we arrived. Faucets in on site need to be cleaned or replaced. Location to beach and old town St. Augustine was fantastic. Plenty of choices close by to eat. Publix grocery store near by was beautiful. The communication was good but giving address and codes the last minute was not good in my opinion. I also had to reach out and was contacted to a call center. Fortunately all work out but a bit stressful. And you should make it known there are 20 steps up to the unit. It’s not ADA compliant. But again I gave it five stars, and would rent it again.

Amazing access to beach and ocean. Spacious. Fair cooking utensils (pots and pans). Could use a larger fry pan. Overall, very nice place.

Coffee maker was on its last legs and was replaced with a new one.As always, the ocean view is spectacular.

The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all of the basic supplies we needed. The location is perfect, within walking distance to several restaurants, and the beach views are amazing. Thank you!
