Excellent.
5 minutes walk from the beach which is good for swimming. 30 minutes walk along coastal path to Church Bay. Very quiet even though next to the road. Best equipped kitchen of any rental house I've stayed in for a really long time. Apart from the local beach and walking to Church Bay, you have to drive everywhere but we didn't mind that at all for the tranquility and proximity to the beach. Easy drive to plenty of other beaches. Our second visit and would stay again.
