It is 1/2 mile to the beach with restaurants, which include an excellent seafood restaurant. Cemaes Bay is 6 miles, Trearddur Bay, with sailing and golf, is 10 miles away. Holyhead 12 miles. Lovely private holiday location for a very relaxing break , for myself partner and our pooch … we have just come home from our 3rd break and here and absolutely love it . We have some lovely relaxing days in when the weather not great and been exploring around Anglesey when the the weathers better ( we have been twice in feb and once in September) would recommend… I’m sure in the summer it would be perfect as beaches in walking distance and restaurant cafes and a pub .

Comfortable bungalow with glorious sea views. Very well equipped. Lovely enclosed garden and additional enclosed paddock where dogs/children could play (sole use for this house). Comfortable and cosy beds. Short walk (10 mins max) to beach at church bay, along country lane. Very quiet area, can see lighthouse flashing by night and stars are wonderful on a clear night.
The cake, biscuits, milk and dog water bowl on arrival were a nice touch.
Minor points for us but may be useful for others to know: internet not great, which affected TV stopping and starting; could do with a dishwasher for big groups (it accommodates 6); storage heating but not in the bedrooms (plenty of electric heaters supplied as well as hot water bottles and we were toasty in Oct/Nov); shower power is low.
Overall, lovely stay and will likely return.
